Each API member agreed on create Workshop Teams in order to establish the basics of improving in different areas, the following ones:

• Strategy Workshop Team, led by Mr. Hakan Svennerstal and formed by Ms. Sarah Thewlis, Ms. Sylvie Baychelier, Mr. Robert Graham and Mr. Tapash Sengupta.
• Positioning the API Brand Workshop Team, led by Mr. Adam Piekarski and formed by Mr. Sorin Roibu, Ms. Éva Gombás and Mr. Frank van der Linden.
• Expansion Workshop Team, led by Mr. Santiago Tarín and formed by Mr. Marco Boido.
• Cross Border Improvement Workshop Team, led by Mr. Heiner Fischer and formed by Mr. Gregory Pinson, Ms. Corinne Myrteza and Mr. Sorin Roibu.
• Center of Excellence Workshop Team, led by Ms. Sarah Thewlis and formed by Ms. Éva Gombas, Ms. Armelle Boulon, Ms. Sylvie Baychelier and Mr. Robert Graham.
