María José Goycoolea is a senior executive search and talent advisory leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting organizations in Latin America and global markets. She is CEO & Founder of the GET AI Latam Group, a regional platform operating across Chile, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia, specializing in executive search, leadership assessment, and strategic talent solutions.
Her work focuses on helping organizations make high-impact leadership decisions by integrating executive search, scientific assessment, and organizational diagnostics, combining rigor, business insight, and regional expertise. María José advises boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams on talent strategy, succession, and leadership effectiveness in complex and transforming environments.
María José leads the Executive Search Practice of GET AI Latam Group, conducting senior-level and C-suite searches across Latin America and internationally. Her industry experience includes Mining, Energy, Financial Services, Engineering & Construction, Professional Services, and Consulting, working with both multinational corporations and leading regional organizations. She has also served in board and governance roles within the nonprofit sector, contributing a strong perspective on leadership and organizational impact.
Earlier in her career, María José was a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International, where she conducted local, regional, and global searches and was an active member of the Latin American Mining Practice. She brings additional senior experience in information management, communications, and executive advisory roles. María José holds a Master’s degree from ESIC Business School (Madrid), is a certified Executive Coach and Hogan Master Trainer, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
