Carole Craggs, Partner at Watershed Consulting (South Africa), has joined the Board as Treasurer. With extensive experience in executive search and advisory services, Carole brings strong financial oversight and an international perspective to the role.

In addition, Ken McGovern, Founder of KMR Executive Search (Boston, USA), has joined the Board as a Board Member. Ken contributes deep expertise in executive search and leadership consulting within the North American market.
