Özlem Çaylı and Mustafa Karabekmez are Managing Partners of Ethic HR.
Özlem is experienced in recruitment, search and selection process more than 30 years at various sectors like FMCG, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication and Retail. She also worked as HR Manager in leading Telecom Operator of Turkey (now Vodafone).
Özlem is married, and mother of twin boys.
Mustafa is experienced in IT and Telecom domain. He had been worked in global companies like Siemens, Metro Grosmarket, Ericsson, Al-Shaya (Starbucks) and AstraZeneca as IT Manager. Since 2012 he joined to Ethic HR as Managing Partner.
